If I order today, when would I get it?

  • For customers who have credit terms or are paying by credit card, the order will ship within 24-48 hours.

What is the minimum online order? What is the minimum per piece?

  • We currently require a $150 minimum online order and a minimum of two pieces per item. Assortments only require a minimum order of one.

How much do I need to order for a free display?

  • For the Floor Display & Base 8405015: free display with a $2,750 order.
  • For the Large Countertop Spinner 8405020: free display with a $1,400 order.
  • For the Small Countertop Spinner 8405025: free display with an $750 order.
  • For the Necklace Spinner 8400049: free display with a $450 order.


What kinds of payment do you accept?

  • We will set up terms for new accounts. Please send your banking information along with three trade references (and their fax number or email address) to our credit manager, Jackie Mello at Jackie@barlowdesigns.com. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, and AMEX.

How can I change an order that I have just placed online?

  • No problem. Please just call Customer Service within four hours of placing your order and your changes will be made.

Will my order ship complete?

  • We make every effort to ship orders complete, but with the fast daily turnover of product, some items may be temporarily out of stock.

How often do you post a new catalog online?

  • We post two new catalogs per year; one in January and one in July. Each new catalog will present over 800 new products.

What are your best sellers?

  • We offer a Best-Selling Program for the 2-Sided Spinner Display. Please contact Customer Service for the best-selling category and price points you are looking for.

Who is my rep?

What is the product made of?

  • All of our jewelry is lead and nickel compliant. Most of the jewelry is made from a "jeweler’s metal” – a combination of zinc, brass and stainless steel. Products are accented with beading, crystals and enamel.

Do you offer gift packaging?

  • We do not currently offer gift packaging but we do offer our very attractive gift box (895150) for $0.85 per piece. The pink Periwinkle box has cotton included to make for beautiful gift packaging at store level.

Where does your product ship from in the US?

  • Our product ships from East Providence, Rhode Island 02914.

What are your normal business hours?

  • Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Will the Periwinkle by Barlow Sales Team be attending any trade shows this year?

What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns for damaged pieces. Contact Customer Service at 800-654-6074. No returns after 30 days.

What should I do if the item(s) I receive is damaged or defective?

  • We are sorry to hear you have received an item that is damaged or defective. Please contact our Periwinkle by Barlow Customer Care Team for a Return Authorization Number and product replacement/credit.
